•Short-term contracts (< 6 weeks): R350 – R450/hour
•Medium-term contracts (6–12 weeks): R300 – R400/hour
•Long-term retainer (3+ months): R250 – R350/hour Per Placement Fees
•Entry to mid-level roles: 10% – 12% of annual CTC
•Senior or specialist roles: 12% – 15% of annual CTC
•Executive search: 18%+ of annual CTC Flat Rate Option
•Fixed fee per placement: R7,000 – R15,000 (based on role complexity)
